WELCOME TO BEGGS MIDDLE SCHOOL
Beggs Middle School's varied curriculum offers a blend of learning experiences aimed at educational excellence. Students' needs are met through the efforts of an enthusiastic and committed staff with years of experience and emphasis placed on establishing an environment conducive to learning. State mandated courses are complimented by elective courses.
Organizational activities are an integral part of the educational system. Our clubs and organizations give students the skills of leadership, planning, developing and implementing projects to involve the student body and faculty.
Some of our organizations include:
National Honor Society
State Honor Society
Math and Science Club
Native American Education Program
Through effective leadership and community support, a well-equipped and attractive facility houses two separate Middle School buildings. A monolithic dome built in 2005 houses the nine classroom 7th & 8th grade center along with a detached computer lab. The 5th & 6th grade center houses ten classrooms, a science lab, computer lab, and a 6,719 volume library facility. Our modern facility is located on 80 acres adjacent to the High School and Elementary School.
To enhance and promote student involvement and school spirit, many activities are planned and promoted throughout the school year. Academic fairs as well as social events provide a complete learning experience.
