Beggs Middle School

Beggs Middle School students Tucker and  Sanders attended the LEAD Conference held  September 22 at Northeast Tulsa Tech Center in Owasso. This was a one-day training opportunity designed for  TSA students wanting to become officers.  The workshop covered a variety of topics including conducting effective meetings, officer duties, and fundraising.  Students and advisors  worked together to select officer duties, develop a first draft of the annual Program of Work, create an agenda for an upcoming meeting, learn and practice parliamentary procedure.
