Congratulations to the BMS Baseball Team on their Runner-Up finish in the Checotah Baseball Tournament. They finished behind the host Wildcats by a narrow margin. The BMS team is coached by Tyler Blizzard and Preston King.

Beggs Middle School will be taking the state test starting on 4/21/22 and ending on 5/4/22. We take up cell phones and turn them off while the student is testing. If your child does not have a need to have their cell phone at school we would ask that from 4/21/22 to 5/4/22 if they would not bring them to school. Thank you for your help.

8th Grade Celebration for Beggs Middle School will be held at 1:00 on May 10th at the Beggs Event Center. Additional information about the 8th Grade Celebration field trip on May 11th will be coming home with your student within the next few weeks.

Beggs Middle School NJHS and Student Council stuffed 600 eggs for the community Easter Egg hunt as part of their community project. Thank you to NHS for donating some of the candy!

Solo/Duet/Ensemble Night Planned

Students at all grade levels are enjoying being able to fill their water bottles at the new water fountains being installed in campus buildings. The purchases were made possible through donations by Mr. & Mrs. Wells, East Central Electric and the Beggs Lions Club. BES student Mallory & BMS’s Justin were caught refreshing their bottles this week.



Beggs Public Schools will be on virtual learning on Friday, 4/8/22 due to no water in the town of Beggs.

Beggs Middle School baseball has been cancelled for Tuesday, 3/22/22. It has been rescheduled for April 26th.

Middle School baseball and slow pitch softball has been cancelled for Monday, 3/21/22.

7th and 8th grade dance has been rescheduled for March 25th.
