Beggs Public Schools athletes shine bright on their home fields, and now those fields will shine just as brightly as new lighting has been installed.

The Demons will be playing in the Henryetta Tournament Jan. 5th-7th

Although the students and staff are on break, work on campus continues.
Improvements that the community can certainly be proud of will continue through the spring semester.

See you in January!

An early holiday surprise for Beggs Public Schools staff as new intercoms and emergency messaging system are starting to go in. Lots of excitement from staff members for this upgrade.

Schedule

Members of the Beggs High School chapter of the National Honor Society are participating in various service projects this holiday season. They were happy to support a local family with a little help in providing gifts for Christmas. Look for them Saturday at the Christmas parade and ringing the Salvation Army bell next Wednesday at Okmulgee Walmart.

Not only will our baseball and softball athletes be shining this spring, but so will the lights at our facilities. Just another in a long list of improvements that also includes sidewalks for the softball and baseball complex.

No, you’re not seeing double. The sister bus to the much-loved Demon activity bus has arrived and will be keeping the roads hot with the upcoming basketball seasons and the array of spring sports and activities.

Coach Cantwell has her classroom door ready for the holidays and the Lady Demons are ready to begin their 2022-2023 basketball season as they travel to Newcastle on Thursday. JV action starts at 3:30 with the varsity tipping off at 5 p.m. The Golden Demons will begin their season next Tuesday when both squads host Morris.

Beggs Public School students and staff members returned from their Thanksgiving break to even more work being completed on campus projects. These projects are part of many planned improvements funded through the last bond issue.
