Beggs Public Schools would like to thank Governor Stitt for personally coming to our campus and visiting with us following the destruction caused by the F3 tornado that touched down Friday night. We appreciate the help you are bringing to our community and the continued support that will follow.
We would also like to thank Senator Long and Representative Banning for reaching out and visiting our campus as well. The support from our state leaders for Demon Nation is greatly appreciated.

Beggs and community, thank you for reaching out and asking how you can help it is extremely appreciated! At this time we have a restoration crew on site and engineers. They have asked for us to help keep community and others away from the scene while it is still unsafe. There will be plenty of ways to help coming up in the near future. We will stay in communication and will let everyone know what the next steps are and where the help is needed. Thank you for your willingness and kindness it is not unnoticed but we are grateful! It’s a great day to be a Golden Demon.

A pair of Beggs Middle School students earned first and second place honors in the local VFW's Patriot's Pen essay contest. The annual contest is a competition for 6th-8th grade students to write a 300-400 word essay on a patriotic theme.
BMS winners were: Espn Blankenship, first place; and Ella Mudd ,second place. Each winner received a certificate, medal and a check.
The 2025-2026 theme was "How Are You Showing Patriotism and Support for Our Country?". Submissions were sent to the local VFW post by BMS English Teacher Ashleigh Callahan who had the students write the essays in her English class.
These local winners have an opportunity to move on to the regional ,state and even national levels.
We are proud of you Espn and Ella!
