Very busy week at Beggs Public Schools as our awards ceremonies have ended and preparation is underway for graduation Friday, May 13.
BHS Custodian, Mark McGowan, lends a hand relocating chairs.
Not sure conditions are quite this bad, but once again regional action for Golden Demon Baseball has been pushed back. Play is now scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. in Salina, with the Golden Demons taking the field at 7 p.m.
Please check back as times and even the location are subject to change as decision need to be made.

Beggs Public Schools plan to run all scheduled bus routes, but due to wash-outs we may not be able to complete all routes. Please be aware in the morning. Thank you and stay safe.

Due to severe weather, the Beggs Public Schools Elementary gym will be open to the public for storm safety. The building is FEMA rated and will be opened at seven thirty this evening.
5th and 6th grade students enjoyed outdoor game day for PE last week. Here's hoping the spring weather warms back up and the rains go away soon!

“The photorealism candy project is meant to teach students colored pencil techniques for blending and burnishing and to use shadow and light to creat 3 dimensional works that are proportional” said BHS Art Teacher Nichole Chesser.

Congratulations to the BMS Baseball Team on their Runner-Up finish in the Checotah Baseball Tournament. They finished behind the host Wildcats by a narrow margin. The BMS team is coached by Tyler Blizzard and Preston King.
